La Grange

Chic and cosy

A stylishly renovated old farm building

La Grange has been recently renovated from an old farm building originally used for storage of materials and grain into a chic and cosy 4-bedroom chalet (sleeps 8). It has wonderful views of the mountains from all three aspects of the building which creates a light and airy vibe. The ground floor is open plan living with a large well-equipped kitchen. Double doors open out onto a private courtyard garden with outdoor dining set and hot tub. All 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor with 2 ensuites and 1 family bathroom. There is a cute little snug on the second floor, ideal for extra mattresses or a second children’s TV space. Enough parking for 2/3 cars.

Main living area

With a soft melt in your seat corner sofa and a 3 seater sofa opposite all surrounding the wood burner which sits in between two sets of double doors onto the garden. A smart TV is in the corner with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney. The view is spectacular, wide uninterrupted views of the Le Criou and Mont Buet.

Dining Area

This is located in between the kitchen and the sitting area. There is a an old rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8-10.

Kitchen

A generously sized area that looks out onto the sunset, with plenty of worktop space and well-equipped cupboards. A free-standing island unit in the centre with 3 stools. Equipped with a Samsung american style fridge freezer with icemaker. Also, a Smeg range oven with induction hob, double sink and Miele dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
